The Gulf Film Festival, held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Majid Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Culture & Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), has announced that Emirates Airline will be its official carrier for the fifth edition to be held from April 10th to 16th , 2012.

Masoud Amralla Al Ali, Director of the Gulf Film Festival, said: “In the same way that Emirates celebrates the heritage and modernity of the Gulf across the world, the Gulf Film Festival showcases the creative vitality of the Arabian peninsula to all. We also share a common goal of welcoming the world to Dubai. We are proud to have their support.”

GFF 2012 will be held at the InterContinental Hotel, Crowne Plaza and Grand Festival Cinemas at Dubai Festival City. The Investment Corporation of Dubai is the presenting sponsor of the Gulf Film Festival; Emirates Airline is its official carrier. GFF is supported by Dubai Culture & Arts Authority and held in association with Dubai Studio City.
